Principle

I process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This website uses no cookies, tracking, analytics tools, external fonts or embedded third-party content.

Visiting this website

When you visit the website, the server infrastructure processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, the time, the requested address and your browser identifier. This is required to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse. This data is only kept briefly in technical logs. The website runs on our own infrastructure in Switzerland.

Contact form and email

When you use the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally your company, area, topic and message) are sent to me by email and used only to handle your enquiry. The form service itself stores no content. To prevent abuse it keeps your IP address briefly in memory to limit the number of requests.

I keep enquiries sent by form or email for as long as is necessary to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations.

Hosted services

I process data that you store in the hosted services (for example emails, files or passwords) solely to provide the service. I do not analyse it and do not pass it on to third parties. Businesses receive a data processing agreement (DPA). The details are governed by the terms and the DPA.

Disclosure

I do not pass personal data on to third parties unless required by law. The data is processed in Switzerland.

Your rights

You can request information about your personal data and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write tocontact@jehli-informatik.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
